Top Five Hottest Restaurants In Vegas

When in Vegas and looking for looking for something to eat, the variety of choices can be overwhelming. In our endeavor to make things easier for you, we’ve compiled a list of some of the best foodie magnets in the area. So, without further ado, here’s our list of 5 of the hottest restaurants in Vegas:

Hotspot #1: Cornish Pasty Co

The Cornish Pasty Co’s menu is based on something called a British pasty i.e a traditional pie with savory flavors and fillings. The menu on Charleston has been upgraded a little but still has many favorites like the all day English breakfast, Guinness stew, lamb vindaloo, and Shepherd’s pie.

Hotspot #2: Beauty & Essex

beautyandessexDo you remember Chris Santos from Chopped? In this restaurant, he serves up delicious tuna poke wonton tacos, burgers, prime dry-aged meat, pasta, and Thai style crispy shrimp and tomato tartare.

There are also a variety of new dishes that you may want to try like oven-braised chicken meatballs and roasted bone marrow. The French onion soup dumplings and sumptuous desserts are also worthy of note.

Hotspot #3: Chubby Cattle

This Las Vegas restaurant specializes in hot pots i.e. dishes that are cooked in front of the guests, with a large variety of ingredients you can use to customize your meal.

When you order, the first thing you will have to do is pick your choice of broth. Flavors include the economical house original, Dragon King Seafood, or you want to get a little adventurous, you can try some of their spicier choices.

Next, you must choose your sauce (e.g. hoisin, chili, or soy) and the ingredients that you want in your pot. Vegetables like Napa cabbage, taro root, and spinach can be added to noodles and your favorite meat or seafood. Some of the choices include quail eggs, sausages, and cuttlefish balls.

If you choose to sit at the refrigerated conveyor belts, you can expect to see a variety of different vegetables, fish, and meats come right by your seat. Plus, when you open up a window, it’s possible to get new ingredients to add to your hot pot.

Hotspot #4: Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips

The menu features a decent variety of British treats that include battered sausage, cooked to order hand-cut Alaskan cod fillets, Gulf shrimp, and a fish sandwich. The chips add a special touch to each dish and come lightly salted or seasoned with parmesan and truffle, jalapeno and chorizo, chipotle, or cacciatore spice and basil.

Hotspot #5: BonChon Chicken

The other delicious fare on their menu includes chicken strips, wings, drums, or a combo.  They all come with a side of pickled Daikon radish. Prices start at a little under $12 for 10 pieces and can rise to $30. 95 for 30 pieces of strips or wings.

Even in a place like Vegas, which features some of the best dining experiences in the word, the five restaurants listed above stand out like gems amongst coal. Each one is worth a visit and (as it were) will be the cherry on top an already explosive Vegas experience. Happy eating!
